This is an opportunity to experience a one-on-one mini sound meditation followed by a short discussion and an opportunity to share your experience and ask any questions. Andrea will begin with a short guided meditation in the respective language and then move into the sound immersion portion creating a haven of tranquility, melting the stress away.
