C'est un voyage méditatif sonore intervenant sur les sept zones des chakras de notre corps et une animation visuelle inspirante.

Vous êtes confortablement allongé sur un matelas de yoga, avec soussin et couverture ou assis sur les bancs de l'église.
Vous vous laissez envahir par la sérénité de l'endroit. Ouvrez ou fermez les yeux au gré de ce que vous voyez ou entendez.
RESPIRATION - Dans la pénombre, nous débuterons par une séance de respiration assistée pour nous oxygéner et laisser doucement nos pensées s'échapper.
MANTRAS - CHANTS - Suivront des séries de plages musicales et sonores rythmées par les voix d'Andrea et de David, leurs instruments et la musique de Roni.
Chaque chakras sera illustré par différents mantras et chants à des tonalités spécifiques faisant vibrer nos cellules dans un but d'apaisement et de relachement.
PERFORMANCE GRAPHIQUE - Frédéric interviendra par moment avec ses pinceaux et l'encre de chine pour illustrer sur de grands rouleaux de papier de riz les sons qui envahissent l'espace à la manière de la technique ancestrale Sum-e japonaise.
PARTICIPEZ ! Mais vous serez aussi acteurs de ce concert puisque vous pourrez chanter quelques mantras avec l'aide du guide et notamment le célèbre 'OM' qui est la forme sonore de ATMA la conscience.
VIBREZ ET RESSENTEZ LE BIEN-ÊTRE - En récitant les mantras que nous allons vous proposer, la vibration sonore agit sur notre corps et sur tout notre système, elle permet également d’activer la force créatrice spirituelle qui est en nous et de répandre en nous un état d’harmonie.
PARTAGEZ - Après ces 2h de voyage sonore méditatif, nous pourrons partager nos émotions et dire ce que nous avons ressenti.

Harmonie du Cœur is a concert unlike any other.
It's a feast for your eyes, ears and soul.

It will act on your heart, on your well-being if you agree to let go, and share a unique moment with the artists and all the people present in this cocoon of harmony.
It is a meditative sound journey involving the seven energy zones (chakras) of our body and an inspiring live visual .
And you are a part of it!
Allow yourself to vibrate, to feel.
Let yourself be caressed by the sound.

Location: The American Church in Paris, 65 quai d'Orsay, 75007 Paris (a very beautiful and spiritually charged place)
Tickets: Early Bird Tickets for €30 until October 1st and then the price goes up!
When: Saturday October 14, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
You will be invited to either comfortably lie down on a cushiony yoga mat, with a blanket and pillows or to sit on the church pews.
We will invite you to bask in the serenity of the place. Open or close your eyes depending on what you see or hear.
BREATHING - In the dark, we will begin with short breathing excercies to oxygenate ourselves and gently let our thoughts escape.
MANTRAS - SONGS - This will be followed by series of musical and sound scapes highlighted by the voices of Andrea and David, their instruments and the music of Roni on cello.
Each chakra will be illustrated by different mantras and chants with specific tones making our cells vibrate with the aim of calming and relaxing.
GRAPHIC PERFORMANCE - Frédéric will weave in and out with his brushes and Indian ink to illustrate on large rolls of rice paper the sounds which envelop the space in the manner of the ancestral Japanese Sum-e technique.
PARTICIPATE! But you will also be actors in this concert since you will be invited to sing some mantras with the help of the guides and in particular the famous 'OM' which is the sound form of supreme, absolute consciousness.
VIBRATE AND FEEL WELL-BEING - By reciting the mantras that we are going to offer you, the sound vibration acts on our body and on our entire system, it also allows us to activate the spiritual creative force that is in us and to spread within us a state of harmony.
