SOUND MEDITATION JOURNEY WITH ANDREA
Join me for a one-of-a-kind sound meditation journey. Let your worries drift slowly away as ethereal melodie and hynotic drones create a haven for deep consciousness.
THE EXPERIENCE:
We will begin with a short GUIDED MEDITATION designed to help ease tension through breath and flowing into the meditation.
We will then move into a total sound immersion as I create a MULTI-LAYERED MUSICAL EXPERIENCE, using Tibetan and Crystal quartz singing bowls, monolina, gong , shruti box and a plethora of unique instruments melded with celestial infused vocals making way for an introspective and deep meditative state.
We close the session with a short discussion and an opportunity to share your experience. (optional). It's a great way to work on your mind and body while enjoying the benefits of a small community.
What is Sound Meditation?
Sound Meditation is a deep meditation guided by the sounds of overtone emitting instruments including the human voice. The overtones created by these instruments, put your mind and body into a deep meditative state.

~ How to Prepare~
1.) Yes, you can experience the full power of a sound bath online. Many feel it's actually better since you can lay in your own bed, stretch, or even fall asleep as you don't have to rush anywhere afterwards !
2.) I strongly recommend that you enjoy the session with headphones (non Bluetooth) and using the Zoom desktop app.
3.)For your own comfort you can create a cosy nest, a safe space to lie down, wrap up in a blanket and receive without any distraction. Put a pillow underneath your head, and one underneath your knees if you have low back issues.
4.) Cover your eyes with an eye pillow or sleep mask to go deeper.
5.) If you wish you can light a candle with an intention for your journey.
6.) Make sure you have a good wi-fi signal, or consider using a wired connection.
It can feel nice to dress comfortably and stretch your body; it's important to be as comfortable as possible on this journey. The more comfortable you are on the journey, the deeper you will go.
